We do not collect additional personal data unless voluntarily provided by you through our contact or support forms.

For Contract Work with Organizations

When we provide training under contract with organizations (e.g., school districts), we only collect or access personal information required to fulfill the terms of the contract. Typically, this is limited to the organizational contact person(s).

Any student or educator data we may view or handle during the engagement is used solely for contractual purposes and is managed in strict compliance with FERPA.

 

How We Use Your Information
For Individual Users

  • Manage your account, including authentication and access to training materials

  • Track progress within the Canvas LMS to personalize and enhance your learning experience

For Organizations

Data accessed during the course of organizational support is used only as outlined in the signed agreement. We do not use or share this information for any other purpose, and all data handling complies with relevant educational privacy laws.

 

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services or to comply with legal and contractual obligations. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
