Terms of Use & Licensing Agreement

1. Overview

This Terms of Use & Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the following services (collectively, the “Services”):

These Services are operated by EdTech Training ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

2. Use of Services

You may use the Services for lawful, educational purposes only and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Services or related systems

  • Share or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Notify us of any unauthorized account activity

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

 

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

4. Course Access & Licensing

Access Duration
Access to courses is granted for the period specified at purchase or agreement (typically one calendar year unless otherwise stated).

 

Individual Use
Licenses are issued per individual user and are non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.

 

License Utilization
A license is considered used once a user accesses the platform and engages with course content.

 

Bulk Licensing
Organizations may purchase licenses in bulk. License terms and durations follow the original agreement.

 

Reassignment
Unused licenses may be reassigned within the active agreement period.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Fees for courses or services are disclosed at the time of purchase

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Stripe)

  • EdTech Training does not store payment card information

 

Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise specified in a written agreement or promotion. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional details.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including but not limited to:

  • Courses

  • Videos

  • Documents

  • Code

  • Branding

  • Images

 

is the property of EdTech Training or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use content for personal educational purposes only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute content

  • Share or resell access

  • Use materials for commercial purposes without written consent

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and handling of your data as described in that policy.

8. Submissions & Contributions

If you submit content (e.g., feedback, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for platform-related purposes.

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, or abusive

  • Infringes on third-party rights

 

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts for violations.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Circumvent security measures

  • Use bots, scraping tools, or automation

  • Upload malicious code

  • Impersonate another user

  • Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if this Agreement is violated.

Upon termination:

  • Access to the platform and course materials will be revoked

  • Licenses will be considered terminated

Users may terminate their account by contacting support.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

 

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

  • Accuracy or reliability of results

  • That services will meet all user expectations

 

We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdTech Training shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data or profits

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services within the six (6) months prior to the claim.

13. Changes to the Agreement

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
